Shipping Terms
We ship worldwide using FedEx or DHL.
- NT Sensors is committed to ship products within 2 -10 days of order acceptance.

– Immediate acknowledgement upon request, with information - Extended shipping dates beyond the usual, as clearly stated at the time of purchase, may supersede the current policy.
- NT Sensors does not provide shipping waiver options to designated pickup locations.
- The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping and may, at his option, select from a variety of shipping methods.
- NT Sensors is not financially responsible for the incidental cost of the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase; nor is NT Sensors responsible for providing financial compensation for such costs.
- Prepaid Return Shipment labels will be provided on a sole discretion basis by NT Sensors.
You have 15 days to notify NT Sensors of any damaged, erroneous or missing portions of your purchase or NT Sensors will not be responsible for such inconvenience.
Unless you provide NT Sensors with a valid and correct certified exemption fee applicable to your purchase, you are responsible for any sales or other fees associated with the purchase order.
Customer is responsible for inspecting the package upon receipt and must report any visible damage on Proof of Receipt (POD) or any other receipt you are asked to sign.
NT Sensors will not be responsible for any visible damage to the shipment not properly reported.
REFUND/RETURN PROCESS STIPULATIONS
At the sole discretion of the company and under no obligation, NT Sensors may provide a return shipping method of its choice in response to a refund request when a unit has been shipped to the customer prior to such request.
When a unit has been received by the company through a return shipment, the company will have three business days to check and process the returned unit prior to reimbursement.
The checking process may include, but is not limited to, unit testing, reprocessing, repacking and restocking.
